Just picked up an XD Mod 3 and awaiting an optic with the DeltaPoint Pro footprint, which should be here in a few days. A few questions: This combo will require me to obtain an adapter plate, correct? It appears that some manufacturer milling styles do not require plates for certain footprints but can't find anything concrete on the XD Mod 3.
I’m thinking about picking up an XD Mod 3. I have several XD-M 9mm mags. I’ve looked online and am seeing conflicting info as to whether the XD-M mags will work in an XD. Anyone know if I can use those mags in the new XD Mod 3? Thanks.
I was happy with the combination overwatch precision and PRP kit on my XD-S mod.2. WELCOME to the XD fanily. I bought my first XD 3" sub in the earlly 2000s. I sinse bought many Glocks and favor the XDs also. I bought the Glocks because thats what everyone else was doing. I'm more proficient with the XD, the mag release is much more friendly with the XD. I now own 4 XDs and thats the two of three on my CCW.

Well it happened again another XD Subcompact locking block broke. This is the 3rd XD Subcompact that has had the exact same failure. I didn't notice til I got home and started cleaning my pistol. I own 4 XD Subcompacts, 2 in 9mm and 2 in 40sw. I was already in the middle of sending out a 40sw...
