I’ll start out by saying it depends on where your from and your age. if from north cooler areas you my find it best to find things inside in July as movies, bowling, game rooms for all ages the small mall in Laughlin. My husband and I are in our 60s but love the outdoors so in July there we like to walk a lot, we live in a extremely humid climate in Mississippi gulf coast, so the dry heat is not a challenge for us. There is a nice walking path by the welcome center in Laughlin. We’ve stayed at Harrahs and found it to be rather run down, but seem to enjoy the Tropicana. Next we will try Aquarius, seem like it might be nice. As for food our great find just a couple weeks ago when we went was the whole in a wall place at The Regency... awesome food , and good price also. They have specials during the week as 1/2 of burgers ( big) , all you can eat fish etc. it’s in a weird place and iffy if you find it on the river walk- but take the elevator up, it’s awesome! From the front street, it’s down a long empty dirt ? I think- parking lot type area— again, it seems lonely but WELL worth the find! As others mention all the water sports are all good— we do enjoy the Lake Havasu Day trip or night trip 1 1/2 hr .nice beach- great food by the London bridge area. If your in your 30+ you’d probably like to rent a boat and cruise the lake or the Colorado River if they rent boats in bullhead- Laughlin area. Enjoy!
