St. Andrews Tower is located in the heart of the city with convenient RTA bus service right outside the front door. We are an affordable housing facility offering one and two bedroom apartments with full size appliances, balconies, and free electric, heat and water. Our Social Service Coordinator program is available to all residents needing assistance with social, medical, and/or financial issues. We offer a community room with a full kitchen, TV lounge, billiard/game room, off-street parking, picnic area and more. Our 24-hour on call maintenance is always available for emergencies. Our building is wheelchair accessible and has two elevators for your convenience.
