Not much.....
Very disappointed in room size, no where to put more than 1 suitcase, no tv, wasn't informed about use of common room. While I knew breakfast wouldn't be included, not sure why it is listed as...

Dixie, manager was responsive and helpful
Room tiny. Heating air nonexistant.

Owner was accessible and helpful. Location was close to Bryce Canyon.
We thought the small room was overpriced. We were also surprised that our room was not cleaned and bed not made during our multi night stay.
