There are not bike trails at the Preserve. However, you could ride your bike to the Preserve and lock it up at one of the provided bike racks, then explore the trails on foot.

You can, but I would suggest against it. You can get snarled on mangrove branches and rocks, The safer way is to use a fiberglass or plastic boat. There are several outfitters available in the area. Tides can be checked on the willyweather web site. Spell it just like that. Simply select Weedon Island as your location using the locator map, and press the "tides" tab. Be sure you go out at high tide. Do not enter the mangroves at low tide unless you want to carry your boat through miles of mud and sand. Enjoy!

Anyone that answered doesn't read the signs.....dogs are not allowed in preserves through all of Florida. If the name has preserve behind it, no pets are allowed.
