The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is reclassifying a recall on more than 64,000 pounds of butter as Class II, putting it at the second-highest warning level, due to undeclared milk allergens.

The FDA has given the second-highest risk level to a recall of 64,800 pounds of butter across the U.S. and the Dominican Republic.The butter, produced by Bunge North American Inc., contains an undeclared allergen: milk.

More than 64,000 pounds of butter have been recalled across the United States and in the Dominican Republic due to an undeclared allergen.
