NFL training camp has seen major headlines this week, with extensions, roster cuts, and contract talks dominating the discourse.
It took two seasons, but Courtland Sutton proved his standing as a foundational player to Sean Payton and t Broncos’ brass.
Sutton (6-4, 216 pounds) originally joined the Broncos as a second-round pick out of SMU in the 2018 NFL draft. He made the Pro Bowl in his second season after hauling in 72 receptions for 1,112 yards and six touchdowns, but he failed to repeat that kind of production until the arrival of quarterback Bo Nix in 2024.
