Detroit police arrested two suspects who shot and wounded two other men Thursday leaving a nightclub on the city's west side, officials said. Vernal Newson, commander of the Detroit Police Department's Sixth Precinct, said the shooting happened at about 10 p.m. on the Southfield Freeway Service Drive near Joy Road.

Detroit police are investigating after an 11-year-old boy was critically injured when shots were fired into a Detroit home early Sunday. Police said the shooting happened around 2 a.m. at a house on the 16000 block of Bramell Street, near the area of West McNichols Road and Telegraph Road.

Detroit Police are hoping residents can help them catch the person who shot a house over the weekend, sending an 11-year-old boy to the hospital.
