In a new court filing, Sean "Diddy" Combs' attorneys claimed prosecutors' evidence against him only shows consensual sex with ex-girlfriend Cassie.

Diddy's lawyers are pushing back on the footage obtained in his case. They say the clips prove the "Freak-Offs" with Cassie were consensual.

The legal team for Sean “Diddy” Combs has requested copies of the “freak off” tapes set to be used as evidence in Combs’ ongoing sex trafficking case, arguing in a filing that the recordings show only consensual sex acts.

Elsewhere in the mountain of lawsuits against the disgraced mogul, Combs was recently accused of raping a babysitter in 2000. TMZ reported that a Jane Doe filed a suit claiming the mogul sexually assaulted her after completing a babysitting gig.

Sean "Diddy" Combs is fighting back against evidence prosecutors are expected to use against him at his criminal trial in New York in May.

But the lawyers for Diddy are asking for electronic copies of the tapes. His attorneys, Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos, stated, “Contrary to what the government has led this Court and the public to believe, the so-called ‘Freak Offs’ were private sexual activity between fully consenting adults in a long-term relationship.”
