A parent claimed their child was in James Andrew McGann's class while he was employed as a teacher at Donald Elementary in Lewisville, Texas, and he was reported for inappropriate conduct towards little girls.

Andrew James McGann had been hired as an educator by Arkansas' Springdale Public Schools for the 2025-2026 school year, school officials said.

The suspect accused of double homicide in the Devil's Den State Park killings made his first court appearance on Friday.
