The death of former U.S. Attorney Jessica Aber came after she had suffered from a "longstanding medical issue," multiple reports say.

Authorities had said they had no evidence suggesting Aber's death was caused by anything other than natural causes.

Police in Alexandria, Virginia, said Tuesday that "detectives have found no evidence suggesting that her death was caused by anything other than natural causes."
