Crews continue to respond to a water main break along a busy southwest Minneapolis thoroughfare that caused a huge, icy mess Thursday morning. It's centered near the corner of West 50th Street and Penn Avenue South,

A major water main break early Thursday flooded a building and streets at a busy intersection in south Minneapolis, with the water quickly freezing in subzero conditions.

All residents parking on Oliver Avenue South have been notified as the water might freeze cars to the street if they are not moved soon.
