Welcome back to Nevermore. It’s been nearly three years since Netflix released “Wednesday,” its comedy-mystery series following the eldest child of the Addams family through her adventures at the school where her parents met and fell in love.

The storyline stretches its slithery tendrils into new territory that has its title character, embodied by Jenna Ortega, face foes old and new (and family) to uncover the latest supernatural mystery endangering Nevermore Academy.

Wednesday Season 2 is finally around the corner, and Netflix has made it clear this new chapter at Nevermore Academy won’t be a repeat of the first.
