Ironically, Pitbull is set to perform a pre-race concert at none other than the Daytona 500 this Sunday, so he’s certainly not retreating quietly into the night. Instead, he made the announcement Friday via his social media, in what could be considered a mic drop moment.

Pitbull, who has served as a co-owner of the Trackhouse Racing NASCAR Cup Series team since the organization's inception in 2021, has announced that he has departed the ownership group of the team effective immediately.
