A U.S. permanent resident and Columbia University junior is suing the Trump administration as the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement attempts to detain her for her participation in pro-Palestinian protests,

Agents have aggressively pursued 21-year-old Yunseo Chung for being a mere protest participant, her lawyers say.

A Columbia University junior and a Cornell University grad student appear to be dodging immigration agents while the students’ lawyers ask federal judges to block the Trump administration from deporting them for what they say is retaliation for their pro-Palestinian activism.
