Rivers in Baldwin County have had more rain than they can handle. The Fish and Styx Rivers have overflowed their banks, forcing road closures, and in some places, the water is still rising.
At its worst Monday morning, the Baldwin County Highway Department reported 20 problem spots, making roads impassable.  Most of these were due to high water which has since seceded.
The Baldwin County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) warns residents to avoid unnecessary travel during this time.
