( NewsNation) — An Oklahoma man arrested after his 11-year-old stepdaughter gave birth at home has now been charged with child sexual abuse. Dustin and Cherie Walker were both arrested last week and initially charged with felony child neglect after the 11-year-old girl gave birth to a full-term baby Aug. 16.

Six children ranging from ages 2 to 11 were removed from the home after officials found them living in dog feces and "deplorable conditions."
