Pomegranate Syrup
This delicious Pomegranate Syrup is made with just two ingredients, but is packed with fruity flavor and beautiful color.
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with simple syrup. Add ice, pomegranate juice, silver rum, and lime juice.
Pomegranate syrup: In a small saucepan, combine pomegranate juice and sugar. Stirring frequently, heat over medium-high heat until the sugar is fully dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
