The Israeli strikes hit a facility owned by Yemen’s main oil company along with a power plant and a military site in an area where the presidential palace is located, according to the Houthis and Israel's military.

The Israeli Air Force launched massive daylight airstrikes on Yemen’s capital Sanaa, striking multiple Houthi targets, including areas near the presidential palace, power plants, and military fuel depots.

Then, in June, Israel launched Operation Rising Lion, an air campaign against Iran. Over the course of just 12 days, Israel’s air force flew around 1,500 combat sorties, conducted more than 600 aerial refuelings,
