For more than 30 years, Montgomery Street Antique Mall has drawn people from Fort Worth and beyond. On Tuesday, Fort Worth city leaders cleared the way for a new development project to take its place.

In addition to a 12-story hotel, the project at 2501 and 2601 Montgomery St. will include retail space and a separate multifamily building.
