SpaceX has a Friday afternoon launch lined up from Cape Canaveral with its workhorse rocket just days after its bigger brother, the Falcon Heavy, helped set a record for different types of rockets flown in one month on the Space Coast.

Four astronauts, including two Americans, are due to launch in September from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida on a mission to the ISS.

NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman told lawmakers on Monday that SpaceX and Blue Origin, the agency’s two lunar lander contractors, say they could have their spacecraft ready for the next Artemis mission in Earth orbit in late 2027, somewhat later than NASA’s previous schedule.
