CLEVELAND, Ohio — Unseasonably warm weather continues Monday in Northeast Ohio, with the National Weather Service predicting highs in the low 50s. Widespread fog is expected during the morning, but skies eventually should clear and be mostly sunny.
The next round of widespread rain arrives Thursday night and lingers into Friday morning. Friday turns blustery during the day with a strong southwest wind between 15 and 25 mph. Colder air rushes in Friday evening.
