A post on Facebook from Paramus Fire Company 2 said members of Engine 2, the Paramus Fire Department and mutual aid battled a fire in the garage and second floor of the home for over an hour.

A fire broke out in a house on Harrison Street in Paramus early Monday morning, destroying the home and displacing its residents.
