An old and rusty playground at Frank Elementary School is one step closer to being replaced thanks to a generous donation.

PORTSMOUTH — A group of residents are pushing officials to pay to replace the aging playgrounds at the city’s elementary schools, saying they are dangerous in some cases and not ADA compliant.
