Gran Turismo 7 has been spotted in a Sony 8K OLED VR tech demo. The new device is a long way off and isn't believed to be related to PSVR 2.

But perhaps the PlayStation 5 ‘Pro’ will boost some of their games up to 8K resolutions, despite how few people actually own an 8K TV.

The news from Sony at CES includes an additional 8K UHD model, a friendly sized OLED, and welcome improvements to its high-end 4K UHD models.
