A gang of voyeurs hid in mixed gender changing rooms at swimming pools to secretly film more than 5,000 young women undressing, a court heard.

Women are legally permitted to swim topless in Berlin, the city's authorities said last week. This comes after a woman was barred from entering a public pool topless in December.
