The 80-year-old Army veteran has helped Santa out every holiday season for the past 50 years by making wooden toys for children in need.

The annual Toy Gun Exchange in collaboration with Back to Basics outreach ministry and Buffalo F.A.T.H.E.R.S. was put together for kids to trade in their toy guns for a nonviolent toy.

It was here, amidst the tinsel and garlands, the 20th annual Toys for Kids initiative kicked off, led by none other than Santa himself, heralding a season of joy for military families.
