The Chicagoland Lionel Railroad Club’s museum-quality layout is about 40 feet by 60 feet, taking up most of the first floor of the group’s facility in New Lenox.

The 720-square-foot Lionel train layout -- with all the literal bells and whistles -- will beckon passersby in the Choo Choo hotel lobby until Friday.
