Ben Brown pitched five effective innings, Pete Crow-Armstrong drove in two runs and the Chicago Cubs held off the Chicago White Sox for a 5-4 win

Pete Crow-Armstrong went 2-for-4 with two RBIs and Ben Brown pitched five strong innings to lift the visiting Chicago Cubs to a 5-4 victory against the Chicago White Sox on Sunday.

Cubs left-hander Shota Imanaga turned to look over his left shoulder at the video board showing the replay of the home run he just had given up in the fourth inning Friday. In a game the Cubs would go on to lose 12-5 to the White Sox, it was the third homer Imanaga had yielded, all on fastballs that caught too much of the strike zone.
