According to NHL insider Chris Johnston, appearing on TSN's "OverDrive" on Tuesday, the organization has not ruled out the possibility of trading Elias Pettersson as the internal problems have gone nowhere and the forward has spent the season underperforming.

While Quinn Hughes remains the captain, key skater and team leader, uncertainty surrounds Elias Pettersson.
