Michigan State football landed a third incoming wide receiver from the portal in Division II Valdosta State transfer Rodney Bullard.

Michigan State football has made their latest splash in the NCAA transfer portal, picking up their fourth wide receiver of the cycle. The Spartans have added the commitment of Rod Bullard, a division two transfer from Valdosta State (GA).
