Police say the man facing charges that he killed the parents, grandmother and uncle of an infant found left in a western Tennessee yard last week has been arrested.

Drummond appeared before a Lake County judge and was officially charged with four counts of first-degree murder.

Tennessee prosecutors said they intend to seek the death penalty against Austin Drummond, the man accused of killing four members of the same family.
