SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) - The Storm Prediction Center issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for several counties in the Ozarks.
Thunderstorms continued to develop Friday afternoon along and ahead of a cold front in western Missouri.
Rudy Martinez, who manages the nature center, recommends people stay off the trails when severe weather is in the forecast.
