No. 3 seed LSU was eliminated from the 2025 Women's NCAA Tournament on Sunday with a 72-65 loss to UCLA, the No. 1 overall seed. The defeat came despite 28 points, four rebounds, four assists, two steals and two blocks from star guard Flau'jae Johnson.

With news breaking that Smith is leaving LSU, college basketball and WNBA fans are now convinced that Johnson will declare for the 2025 WNBA Draft. Johnson has the option to return for another year, enter the transfer portal or go pro. "Flau’jae welcome to the LA Sparks," one fan said.
