Abdul-Rahim was making $125,000 with UMass this past season, and per Fight Massachusetts sources his new deal with Boston College will be north of $400,000 per year.

Abdul-Rahim was hired by Maryland as their defensive backs coach where he coached from 2016-2018. Last season he was the defensive coordinator/defensive backs coach at UMass Amherst under Walt Bell.
