The latest “South Park” special, called “The End of Obesity,” now streaming on Paramount+, takes aim at the Ozempic craze – and brutally targets the singer/rapper, Lizzo.

However, later in the episode Cartman declares: 'Rich people get Ozempic, poor people get body positivity.' The special South Park: The End Of Obesity is now up for streaming on Paramount+.
