Brad Gagnon of Bleacher Report recently named the most overpaid player on each NFL team. For the Giants, it was former All-Pro left tackle Andrew Thomas. The sixth-highest-paid offensive tackle in the game has a five-year, $117.5 million contract but has played just 16 games the last two years and only really shined in one of his five pro seasons.
The New York Giants need a franchise quarterback, and one prospect, projected to land on Day 3, could be an intriguing option.
