Two men are dead following a three-vehicle crash that occurred Thursday morning along Whites Creek Pike, officials said.

North Sycamore Street will be converted to a one-way street and reconstructed to allow for added pavement width and the addition of designated parking on the west side of the roadway, Rogers said.
