The mother of a man shot and wounded during a confrontation with Pawtucket police says police have blocked her from seeing her son.

The Delaware State Police Homicide Unit has arrested 25-year-old Marcus Harris following a fatal shooting early Saturday morning in Millsboro.

Ruslan Huseynov, 34, is charged with second-degree murder, two counts of armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon in connection with Dennis Sharkey Jr.'s death, according to Platte County records.

A Claremont man was arrested after shooting at a vehicle in a parking lot multiple times, police said. Claremont police said around 5:15 p.m. Friday, officers responded to the area of Broad and Glidden streets for a reported shooting.

Police said the shooting near the landmark Bellagio fountains was an isolated incident between the victims and the suspect, who had been feuding on social media.
