The Mavs are one of the teams rumored to have interest in the Toronto Raptors forward. Fischer reported that some in Dallas see Siakam as the "missing piece" to being a title contender.

Siakam can play SF but its probably going to be used situationally. If another good option at the PF spot becomes available, I can see Pascal being moved to the 3 and thriving at that spot. But I think he's a perfect modern day 4. Has the size, speed, strength & shooting needed for a modern PF and can defend 1 - 5 positions.

5 days ago · One thing the Siakam vs. Ingram guys are forgetting is that by trading Siakam, we were able to "stealth tank" this year, whereas with him playing at an AS level, we couldn't.
