Fishing in Guyana. This video shows a technique employed by Guyanese to catch fish. A seine is placed across the trench, and the fisherman wade toward the seine beating the water. This causes the fishes to rush towards the direction of the seine and eventually become entangled in it. The seine is then lifted out of the water and the fishes harvested.
