Second Lines on Instagram: "New Orleans Second Line"

Nearly a year after the deadly Bourbon Street terrorist attack, New Orleans officials, business and cultural leaders gathered to honor the 14 people killed with a new art installation called "Second Line in the Sky." Families and loved ones of those lost in the deadly attack joined officials to unveil the new memorial, dancing under the lights in a ceremony that concluded with a brass jazz band.
