Quail-ly cool research! 🤩 Private Land’s BQI staff have been helping UGA researchers continue a multi-year project to learn more about Northern Bobwhite habitat use on the Quail Focal Area WMAs. As part of this effort, researchers are attaching radio collars to up to 50 birds per property in the fall and spring. This research will add to our knowledge and provide better recommendations to managers who are working to improve public land hunting opportunities for quail in the state. #BobwhiteQuai
