I decided to stick around after the John J Boland went by, so I could record the ice movement for you so you can see what happens at this time of year after a ship goes by… the water movement under the ice starts to shift plates or brash ice and it can only go so far before it starts piling up on top of each other I will be really interested to see what this looks like in the spring… maybe I’ll come out once before the season starts to see how it looks!
