Never a year goes by where I don't recall every memory from 2011 on this date. A tornado outbreak of this magnitude is what we call a "generational outbreak." Only two of this caliber have ever been recorded, with the other being in 1974 This was my first time ever chasing in "dixie alley" so I was not quite used to the challenges that came with the terrain.
